All the very best with the new venture Duncan. It's a bit far out my usual range, but I'm sure some of the clubs just "south of the border" will give you any support if needed.

When life gives you lemons; don't make lemonade.
Give back the lemons.  Why were the lemons free?  What's wrong with the lemons?
