Guido, I do agree she has a terrific voice. I am just sick of her dwelling on all the distracting shock tactics. Better to listen to her with your eyes closed to appreciate her actual talent.

I think she is average. I see nothing at all special in her to give her the fame she has. Her voice is average, songwriting average, lyrics tossed together. Piano playing average. In fact, toss her out for me. I would rather listen to the trumpet player.
Was the studio too hot for her? Is she getting hot flashes at her young age? lmao at the modesty at covering up with her hands when she acts all brash to toss off her clothes to shock people. I will take Marilyn Manson, his shock is real.
I've said this before. I had never listened to LGG before, but one day I'm traveling on business, get in a rental car from the airport and on my way to the hotel. Scanning the radio, I stop on this outstanding guitar riff ( turns out to have been Brain May so... yeah) and then I hear this incredible voice singing the hook on You and I. I was stunned. Turns out of course it was LGG. Incredible talent.
Just watched her Xmas special with The Muppets. Couldn't outdo Statler & Waldorf
I could do without all the extras too, unplugged she is pretty good in my book. Saw her cover a Led Zeppelin tune, coming from a Led Zeppelin fan...I have since listened to it many times.

I'm not a fan of where she is coming from.Not based on talent just the yuck factor in her whole image and most of the content of what she puts out both in music and promotions.Lady Gag Gag.
Not to say she doesn't have some catchy tunes or void of any talent.Guido's video of her here is ok.
That is my opinion and if anyone likes her that's ok.I know there was a thread a long time ago about artists we might be embaressed to admit we like.So I give you props Guido for proclaiming you liking of her here in a place you may not have alot of people with your enthusiasm for her.
Now back to my Alvin and the Chipmonks album!
