Topic: Tickets through PBS donation

I decided to donate to the local PBS station in March to receive tickets to a show in November. I am sure there are some of you out there who has done the same. What is the protocol to receive the tickets? Are they mailed? Pick up at will call? The concert is less than two weeks away and still no tickets. Have called the customer service(?) people at the local station and they are clueless. Last week I was told they weren't mailed out as of yet. I don't believe that. Just wondering what others experience has been. Thanks in advance for any input. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong area.

Re: Tickets through PBS donation

I have bought tickets through a PBS station twice and, as I recall, I received the tickets each time about two weeks prior to the show via regular mail.

It probably wouldn't hurt to contact someone with Joe's company so that they are aware of your situation and maybe they could check on the status for those tickets. I think I would contact Joe's marketing director Rachael - rachael@jr-adventures.com

Good luck. I'm sure it will all work out.
