Re: MULE/CROWES AND JAMBANDS

Lots of huge Mule, Crowes, ABB etc. fans on here, including myself. Just look out for the topics about these bands here in the "Other Artists" section (via the search function) and you will find all of us.
Just came back from a 5 day Mule tour here in Germany and will see the Crowes and two Allman shows in NY in August and September ... I'm calling it a good summer! wink

All my favourite bands (yes...even over JB). Clear by my avatar. Crowes show this year was one of the best I have ever seen. Jackie the boy Greene is the shoe that fits. They are really flaming right now.

Re: MULE/CROWES AND JAMBANDS

Count me in.  I was just listening to By A Thread on the way to and from work today.  I love jam band stuff, particularly if it has a strong blues influence.  ABB is my favorite band of all time.  Haven't seen them live in a long time, though.

Re: MULE/CROWES AND JAMBANDS

Going to Peach Fest next weekend. Mule, ABB Grace Potter, Black Crowes, etc

And I'm lucky being near NY Zeyer.  Beacon run every year. I did 5 of 11 last year.

Saw them in May with Jackie, but he's all over the map. Would be nice if he hung with them, time will tell.

I also think so. I got into the Paradiso show last month (with incredible luck...) and they just completely blew me away, one of the best concerts ever. Jackie Greene is a good addition. I'm more than psyched to see them again on Sunday, even though the venue (Jones Beach) couldn't be any more different from the small setting at the Paradiso. Which show did you go to?

That's a great one!
Here's "Thorn in my pride" from the Paradiso: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4cYhg8Is0k with an awesome jam at the end (featuring Chris playing harp).

Awesome. You can tell RR's playing from a mile away.
