fs: original jim kelley facs head w/ flight case and attenuator

my clean original jim kelley facs head is up for sale.  i've priced it to sell...looking to raise some funds quickly.  the head comes w/ it's original flight case, covers, footswitch, attenuator, and cables.

if i remember correctly the amp was made in 80 or 81...there's a stamp on the inside w/ the date on it, but i don't want to remove the head from the chassis to look for the year.  i'm certain that it's serial number 2.

the amp has two channels, 60/30 watts, reverb, and loop, and sounds incredible.  it's the only clean tone i've come across that i prefer to my original vibrolux. when the amp is pushed, the od is just as nice.  really rich, no harsh artifacts, as far as i can hear. takes pedals better than ANY amp i've come across, new or vintage. this makes it really versatile.  the attenuator works great too.  easily the best attenuator i've ever heard, but i've only used it w/ this amp.  the two paired together is really a perfect match.
