WOW! Just WOW!! That's the BLUES smile Natasha, your films are stunning. You're such a gem to get them out so quickly. You too George. And thanks for calling. "Someday After a While" gave me goose bumps, even across the pond. Joe's voice is a monster. You know he's giving it all when you get a "woo" like that. Beth Hart is such a great partner for Joe. I think she taps into his down and dirty side. And this was only night one!!   wink

  Constructive observations SVP.

Wonderful last night at the Carre! A bit subdued of a crowd IMHO!

The key-board guy's volume was low-ish all night. It did improve half way through the set. The accordion was sounding good. Horns face the crowd maybe?

I'm sure tonight will be better now that the sound man has tuned in the room.

Joe, I know you like your mixer stand but "we" the audience can-a see your pick work when you are standing behind it...  just saying... it's the perfect hight to hide your right hand grrr...

Any chance of some off cuts that the Caveman junked on Seesaw for tonight's performance? Does the Man have you sticking to the set list or can you wing it. Blondie may have a fav he can kick it up a notch or two.

Outside eating lunch on the roof deck on a beautiful sunny day. Finally some sunshine! Listening to Phil's recording of the show. Turned out really good. Joe, you will definitely want a copy of this one!! (glad I bought a new microphone after the Rock Candy shows since there were some problems with them)

Had a great time in Amsterdam ... thank you so much Bibi for your hospitality ... it was real fun to spend the weekend together... glad that I only forgot my jacket and not my head ...
Great to meet so many forum members ... bad thing ... time flew by ...

The concert on Saturday was close to perfection ... if you like it that way ... probably great stuff for a DVD
Beth was amazing as always ... she has such a phantastic voice ... and what a charisma she has ... unbelievable lol WORLD CLASS!!!
Joe was amazing too ... but so far in the back ... partly hidden by the music stand ... okay probably because of recording ... wished to see/hear some kind of battle of Joe's guitar and Beth's voice !!!
Concert was top ... but for my taste too orchestrated for the DVD recording ... looking forward to see Beth next time without cameras in December @ Zeche Bochum ... standing not seated & great sound ... that will ROCK!!!
