There doesn't seem to be any way to purchase tickets yet with the presale even though ticketmaster states that this is the time for fan presale to occur

Did you try putting the code in where it said fan pre-sale? I tried it from my end and was able to pull up some tickets to purchase. Please email me if you weren't able to get this resolved at andrew@jr-adventures.com.
