I think bono and maybe Gene Simmons the richest rock stars that I found just searching at $600 million for bono and $300 million for Simmons.

Id take the site with a grain of salt, some of the numbers make no sense. But your search missed McCartney at $800 million (on the low side as is).

Not sure. McCartney and his divorces, missing ownership rights, etc. I'd say it could be a close estimation.
