In the new Blues Review (Johnny Winter on the cover), Chip Eagle, the publisher wrote a nice editorial re the Festival. Not a review of performances but the quality of the festival. Says "..it might be the best city-run blues festival around". Hope Joe continues the tradition of doing this show!                    Cathy
