Let's clarify somethings. It is not limited to videotaping at a Spring Tour show! It is a contest DURING the Spring Tour (which carries into the start summer by the way up to the end of June, with the contest ending 10 days later). Other video of previous tours are allowed, as well as the suggestions below also.

I guess the weather was just too cold to be called as part of the Spring tour? Was too quick to post them up on YouTube.
Well, I put a couple in. Not involved with any social media except this forum so the only chance is if someone else picks them up and posts them elsewhere. Wonder if the Joe and Beth show at the end of June would be allowed because any video done there would probably garner quite a few views.

Ian, I believe you can delete the vid you put up and reload it now. The upload date is so that the view count will be started after the April 10 date if my guess is correct. I put up several that were shot in London but weren't uploaded until I was in Germany after April 10 where there was decent inet. I may be wrong but Good Luck.
Not to be a downer or anything, but I've got to say I never got my winning share in one of the previous youtube contests, even after posting about it on the forum and it supposedly being looked into. I hope things are sorted now and all winners of this contest get their prizes.

I don't think you even need to delete and reload. I've re-edited my Dust Bowl vid & uploaded it. It is, afterall, a new video. As long as the submitted videos are uploaded to YT after 10th April, it's allowed.
I'll add that quality of video has no bearing whatsoever on the winning. It is all about social promotion to get views, so put up a hot lady on the cover vid shot and tweet the link to the world. That will be getting more clicks than Joe's best ever playing I'm sad to say (but it might attract some new fans ). Good luck to all entries.

and glad you got your situation corrected ssan. if you were the one who made that similar youtube comment, hopefully you can edit that or update it? not that it was inappropriate, but you know how those things can take on a life of their own in troll worlds. if its someone else then maybe we can help them if its legit. things falls through the cracks when you're busy but J&R always makes an effort to fix stuff in my experience
