Topic: Hello from Yorkshire, England

Hi everyone,

I'm Dan, 29. I've been playing since I was about 7. Stated off on classical. Then took a shine to the likes of Oasis, Stone Roses etc around the age of 11. But it wasn't until around 16/17 that my musical taste changed for the better to the sounds of led zepp, free, cream, the who, etc. and of coarse with influences like that Joe was always gona get my attention.

I stumbled a crossed the forum whilst looking for gear advice. And now find myself checking every couple of days.

I live in York, England. And teach guitar (mainly classical) to primary schools across north/east yorkshire. It's a great job!

I currently play in Crazy Horses, a functions band (wedding/party's/beer fests) we do aload of stuff that people know and love, from 60s thru to now.

I'm currently on the look out for bassist, drummer and singer to starting a band playing cream, free, peter green fleetwood mac era stuff.  'Free Green Cream' amazing band name!!
