If you follow his myspace he keeps it up to date. I think he has a date in new york at BB Kings coming up but he seems to stay in the south. Probably needs to find some good pr people to get his some serious exposure.

And I have to say, I have never heard anyone crank the axe like he does.....The dude does not stop....I NEED to see this dude soon. I would love to see Joe, Lance and Philip on a bill together somewhere. That would rule!
Sounds like a "pure blues" G3 tour. That would REALLY get the blues purists fuming!
hello. does anyone know where i can get his live cd? or if there is more than one. really anywhere i can get any LL cds other than the ones on groovyard, which are the only ones i have been able to get my hands on. thank you

I have been checking out his my space and it seems all of his touring is south,around texas louisiana ect. hope he gets up to chicago some day.
Just a heads up that Grooveyard has released Lance's first disc along with a killer live show from Holland. http://www.grooveyardrecords.com/index2.html The live disc is different than the Germany show I've sent people so BUY IT.

I am genuflecting to the great Shredit for sending me some Lance Lopez to enjoy. I love putting it into my work PC and cranking up the tunes. You should see the people I work with, their heads pop up like a bunch of prairie dogs!!

You welcome Roy, but I cant take credit for the cd. Pittsburgh Jeff mixed that compilation up, it is a "frickin monster", it is the one disk I'll drop in if I want to jump start my heart. I pray he's in the texas area when I go to the SRV gig next month....hey Jeff if you read this thanks from the 20 or so in Sac town that have it now.

You're more than welcome Roy. I don't believe we've been properly introduced. I'm Jeff from Pittsburgh. DUH! I always look forward to "Roy's grilling corner" You see Roy I am a professional chef. Been cooking for a living for 30 years. Started out bussing tables when I was 18, now 3 monthes shy of 49 & still cookin. I work with a good friend of mine and opened a BBQ RIB joint. http://www.roadsideribs.com/ We approached Ben Rothlisberger before the Steeler super bowl win and hit him with our plan. Introducing Big Bens BBQ sauce. He loved the products and gave us the OK to run with it. Using his name has helped us get established without giving him a dime. We give a portion of our proceeds to local charities in his name. So it's worked out good so far. I would love to send you some sauce.
Our bbq sauce is quite different. It's not thick and sticky. It's more like a steak sauce consistency. Very unique flavor. Little sweet, little smokey, just right. We also have a habenero bbq if you like a nice kick in the nads along with great flavor. E mail me your address and I'll ship you out a few bottles to try. Everyone have a safe and rockin labor day!
