Topic: Henrik Freischlader Band: new liveDVD/first sold out show in Holland!!

Henrik Freischlader Band just released their first liveDVD called, Show No 47, it was recorded from show number 47 on The Still Frame Replay Tour 2011. Stunning DVD and it shows exactly how the band plays live. No overdubs, a pure show from beginning to end. On the  Still Frame Replay album Joe played on the titletrack but not here.........but still great song and playing. All Joe fans should give it a listen/view. like Joe himself says: my friend Henrik has a unique style of playing and he is a hell of a guitarplayer!
Last Friday Henrik played in metropool Hengelo and had his first sold out show in the Netherlands!! It was an awesome night: all fitted together: great playing, new setlist with  a lot from the new CD House In The Woods, great venue, great crowd! Congratulations from www.bluesmagazine.nl !!

On Saturday the show in Geldern which is very close to the Dutch boarder was sold out too ... and I was too late to get a ticket. Seems that some Dutchies made a trip to Germany!
Glad that I made it to one of the first shows lol to get my copy of Show No 47.
And I already have tickets for the last 2 shows in Germany in December!
And a ticket for next Sunday in Belgium to see Henrik and some other fantastic bands.

Now to the new DVD and Show No 47: it's great stuff. Band and audience are in the mood. Quality of sound and video are real good. Maybe I'm not objective cause I attended show No 47 and it's special to watch that show ... for me the DVD couldn't be better. Perfect.
