Topic: What your Opinion about Tuner pedals who makes the best one?

I am needing a tuner pedal that I can mute when we play out.  I'm not concerned about anything except muting the volume to tune the guitar so if its not true bypass I can live with that.  I've got $100 budget for this that I'm planning on buying it next week.

The Turbo Tuner is the best tuner available.

And Korg has one output to give another pedal power

By far. There is no other option.

Re: What your Opinion about Tuner pedals who makes the best one?

Ok, so what makes a Turbo Tuner better then the Korg or the Poly Tune?  Right now I'm leaning towards the Korg Pitchblack+ because of its huge screen and the fact that American Music Supply sells them for $69 new.

Is it plastic housed or metal?

A report on durability would be cool. I toss all my pedals into a dufflebag that gets tossed around quite a bit.

After reading this Nic, it occurred to me you might make use of one of the cloth wine 6pack carriers I get free when buying 6 at the local store. individual compartments bottle sized that surely would fit a pedal and a soft cloth to protect them that could be rolled up.

I can't believe no one mentioned the peterson strobe. More expensive but if your serious worth every penny.

I was at a $100 price point the reason nobody suggested the peterson strobe.  As for the casing of the Korg I can't say because I don't have it yet.  It looks like a cast aluminum casing with a black finish.  They have a chrome body of the same thing that costs $130.  Everywhere else has this pedal listed for $100.  I'm not too crazy about the size foot print this thing will have but its ok.
