Interesting combo .Dont see the fan base being the same, but aint no thang.
On another note.I have heard more recent DP albums.Not bad.But I thinnk BCC could out Purple Purple if they really wrote songs that way.Been Jonesin for a real knockout early 70's style Purple band to come along.I would say BCC goes there when they want to.

Got tix for me and my youngest (13) for Sydney today, 6th row back.
He's playing some guitar now and it'll be his 2nd international touring band, the first being ZZ-Top Easter last year.
