Topic: Pickups I wound for Deezer's flying v

Hey all,

Deezer asked me to make him some humbuckers for his Flying V project. Wanted them to sound like burstbuckers. Gold plated.

Here is a video of me plugging them in for the first time. I have a little jig I use to test them. Hopefully, if I ever get into this more seriously I'll have a guitar to mule the pickups. But in the vid I held the pickups (by hand) up to a PRS through a low volume blues jr. hard to keep my hands still. When you hear the rattles it was when my hand lowered the pickups too much and they touched the strings. hmm

enjoy!

I'll post some pics as soon as I can get them off of my phone lol
