Topic: Jamey Johnson doing Hank Cochran

Jamey's new tribute album was released today and features some nice duets.  On iTunes "Make the World Go Away" with Alison Krauss is free.  Cochran's "I Fall To Pieces" is slowed down to give it a bluesy feel and Merle Haggard joins Jamey on this sweet cover.  Here's a live video of Jamey performing this song.  Never realized how good a singer his before now.

BIG FAN of Jamey Johnson.... I am so glad you posted this as I had no idea he had a new album out today! Guess I will be picking this one up today as well! Can't wait to have a listen! Cheers, Jason

You're welcome Jason.  My Dad was a big fan of Patsy Cline and "I Fall To Pieces" was one of his favorites.  He's in Heaven now, but I'm sure he'd approve of Jamey's version.  Go Cards!

Very cool, and how could you not love Patsy Cline's voice.... AMAZING! I can't wait to give it a listen and sure your Dad is listening to it along with ya!
