Topic: 50th anniversary marshall gibson goldtop

Just when yoyu think you've seen it all....
Gibson is releasing a limited (50) Murphy aged gold top for a list price of 20,000 !!!   
Price does not include the 62' bluesbreaker reissue as well.
Has Gold paint increased that much...L.O.L

.

Wow.... I guess I will have to choose a new car or a new Gold Top.... lol Although I would be lying if I didn't say that sure would be a nice one to have for sure! I guess if I am going to dream, I better start dreaming BIG!

This was mentioned by Chris George in one of the videos for the small 1 watt Marshall amps a few months back. There was a goldtop sitting next to a blues breaker and he said it was going to be some sort of special release at some point in the near future.

And I must say I agree with the general consensus here of how wonderfully priced that have made it...easily within most people's reach for sure.
