I have always wanted one of these since I first saw the but though the price was a bit high. I had the chance to play a sunburst one last week and loved. I had a search around for one in black and a second hand one came up. I thought about building one myself but when this one was available I went for it. managed to negotiate a further £100 off.

Don't know but it sure as hell looks a great guitar. If you like it and it plays well is all that matters anyway. 
You got my vote for it! I built a project guitar not long ago almost exactly like this!

Not only was it the fact that the guitars look really cool, they sound great too. I know this is the custom shop version with the powertron but it's pretty close to the telebration model at a third of the price. less if you pick up a used one. Anyway this is a pretty cool demo.
Oh man the gears are turning!! Was at the Philly guitar show this afternoon, hoping maybe I'd spy one there to check out. Nothing, but oh well. You have excellent taste sir! -Seth

So, I got the guitar today and plugged her in. Cabronita - Fulldrive - Box of rock - DD3 - RV5 - 89 Jubilee. I was surprised at how great it was to have just one vol knob. I think a treble bleed cap is needed though as things got muddy when winding the volume down. With that setup it is a great rock machine. Pickups are have a great sound and coupled with the tele format they provide a nice bit of bite. No matter how hard i tried though I couldn't stop kicking out the black crowes and ZZ top licks. A great guitar that will be with me for a while. Got me thinking though that I should do a build, tele, TV jones and a bigsby. May convert my squier classic vibe.
Funny you bring this up, I was looking at the flatline guitars website today, http://www.flatlineguitars.com/ and they have a tele with a bigsby. Now that I like! Don't care for their headstocks, but I think that would be a cool build. You should definitely do it! -S
Going ahead with the bigsby plan, The classic vibe is a great guitar for the money and therefore a great base for mods. In 2 minds weather or not to strip the finish and fill in the holes but this will take a lot of time and effort. A new body can be had fairly cheaply so may just go down this route. First part is done, bigsby bought from fleabay.
