Anyone else have trouble with Ticketmaster?

Just got our tickets for the Rochester Show in November... tried for 2 days to get tickets through ticketmaster but it would not complete the transaction... finally called the venue and went down to get them there. Frustrtaing experience... but at least I can go on Itunes and get "Driving towards the daylight" this morning! Been waiting for today so I could buy the new cd.

The show in Syracuse was so good I got tickets to take my son and his girlfriend to the Rochester show... this will be show number 3 in two years for my wife and I.
