Just a little blues ...
Hey Jonny! Very nice playing! I only have one comment to make..........turn to face the camera so that we can see your neck work. Other than that, don't change a thing!
I'll make sure to do that for my next video - thanks a lot I really appreciate it
Nice work Jonny.

Bring em on and look more confident you have the ability and noeone is going to give you stick here, especially me.

Check out the S-Gear software modeller from Scuffham Amps. It is a fantastic little amp modeller for around US$75. It's got a Dumble and Marshall amp model, and Preset 26 is a close Joe B tone too, I love it and use it regularly when recording in Garageband (it runs as an AU plugin) when I am too lazy to set up my amp and a mic.

Hi Devan thanks for the heads up mate:) Can you possibly post a demo of it?

Not that my playing is anything to write home about, but here is a jam I did with Preset 26:

and another with my playing my Strat with fingers only:

I thought that was great! Love the Latin style
Don't think I'll be spending £40 on the emulator though...for my needs right now standard Garageband presets are enough!
Cheers!
Man I missed this.. Phenomenal job Jonny! Seriously, very good. Building up some nice licks and speed in the short amount of time you've been playing. I feel like picking up the guitar right now for a minute after watching that, and I played a gig tonight already! -S
And I feel ya having few responses when you post your playing in the "Other Artists" section, but in a way the ones who truly do go through all the forum topics are the ones who will take a few minutes and listen to your music so in my opinion, their feedback seems to carry a little more weight because you know their responses are of the utmost sincerity.

No problem bud! Haha that's good news and thank you for the great compliments and yes you bring up a very valid point and I agree with you 100%
How did the gig go?
Cheers Seth!
Hey Jonny, gig went well. Played at a place called Appalachian Brewing Company in Harrisburg, PA. (about 15 minutes up the road from me) Its a brewery (obviously) with a restaurant and upstairs is called The Abbey Bar. Larger venue with stage etc.. I play in a band with a guy named Dane Paul Russell. He's a harmonica player, been around for a while and has shared the stage with a few big names which is more than I can say for myself! Think theres a video of him on youtube with Satana at Montreux.
Looking forward to more videos from you playing when you get a few more finished. Nice mix of JB and BB King styles in that last one! -S
