Topic: Glasgow Royal Concert Hall 4th April

Well sadly I don't have a review for you. My 4 year old son had breathing difficulties today and is over night in hospital, so I could not attend the show as I had to stay at home to look after my girls. sad

Tom has informed me Joe was even better than he was in Edinburgh, and that my friend Eilidh McKellar (who appeared with Joe at Hammersmith), played two songs again with Joe, one of which was Blues Deluxe and the other was a Freddie King song. Far better reviews than this to come from those who were there...

I'm real sorry to hear that, Duncan. As we all know, sometimes priorities have to change at a moment's notice. I hope your boy will be ok once they find out what's wrong!

Nice to hear that Eilidh McKellar, another young 'un, again had the opportunity to perform with Joe. We'll look forward to proper reviews from those in attendance.

Sorry to hear that Duncan, hope he's better. I'm told the venue was only two thirds full, probably cos of Edinburgh 8 days before.

Disappointed to miss out on this, but at least I managed to get my tickets allocated yo a couple of young music fans, who enjoyed seeing Joe for the first time.

Not much to tell, 6 of us on front row (A7 pour moi) , sister-in-law retrieved one of Tal`s sticks, nephew was handed Joe`s setlist by the man himself and he played the Dust Bowl solo six feet from me.
I think you could say we had a rather nice evening!!!!
This is No.6 for me and the guy just keeps on getting better every time.
