I think it's a Gibson Custom Shop '59 reissue, but with the magnet in the neck pickup reversed like the old Peter Green/Gary Moore '59 LP so that the bridge and neck magnets are out of phase......enabling the tone from the old Fleetwood Mac records (and some of Gary's stuff) to be achieved. Cost? Probably the same as any other '59 reissue so, in other words, very expensive.......
