I have two FB's and the tummy cut is so small it may as well not be there.  The real concern is that it may be bolt-on.  A FB is hardly a FB unless it is at the very least set-neck, but neck-through is the way to build them.

Yeah you can totally see they are bolt on necks, but a very tight bolt on neck can still sound as good as set neck.  Its hard to say that about a neck through body though.  But my guess is they don't sound like a traditional firebird anyway.
