Topic: Richmond Show need help

I am part of the Richmond, Va. Street Team for Joe's show at the Landmark on Nov. 13th and need to get in touch with someone who can change the link to get tickets from Ticketmaster to ETIX.com on this website, Facebook, etc. I know of quite a few frustrated people trying to get tickets that were trying to get them from this site and couldn't get any until I told them of the change. What I don't know is how many more people are out there that tried to get tickets from the links on the info we passed out and ran into the wrong group for getting tickets. I feel there would be a bigger audience if the new link was in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Richmond Show need help

Thanks Jane, I passed on the message and hopefully it can get straightened out. Since first seeing Joe a number of years ago had always wanted to see him one day at the Landmark Theatre in Richmond (our version of the Royal Albert Hall) and don't want to see it be a show that isn't a success.

By the way I may have met you at Plan 9 where Joe was greeting fans the morning of the show at Toad's Place. Back then I wasn't aware of this forum and after getting on the forum thought it may have been you. Hope your show in Baltimor is a success.

Thanks too Vortex. I had not seen the billboard but had heard about it from a number of friends that will be going to the show. Just hope people can make out the ETIX reference for tickets when fighting traffic down 95. I also have seen a couple of commercials on Comcast cable a week ago promoting the show. I was aware of the 96.5 contest and I just wish that once in awhile they would play some of Joe's music on the station and I'll just leave it at that. Thanks again for all the help.

Re: Richmond Show need help

Thank you, Tim, for being the first to mention it at this site.
We have posted the new Etix.com link on FB and left alerts (with notification that Etix.com, not Ticketmaster, now
handles this event) near the beautiful post cards we were given to distribute.
We heard that the link is being changed and we hope it is resolved soon so we can have a sold out concert at Richmond.
