well to get you started sounds like a blues in C, hence C, F7, C, with G Bb Csus4 turnaround.
Not sure if in an alternate tuning but for instrumental section try capo on 3rd fret and (Cm11) chord voicing of 3rd fret top E, 6th fret on B, 8th fret on both G and low E, strum away then triplet run of 8D,pull to 7D, 3G, 8A, 7D, 3G, 6A, 5A, 3A, 5 lowE, 6 low E and 3G, back to chord then triplet run starts 5G 3G 7D and goes into the F7 chord, use D7 open type and lift off to ring open(3rd) fret of top E -and carry on from there...
never played a dobro but above as played on regular gtr - hope of some use
