Topic: Joe's Les Paul Custom

Hi guys (and Joe, if you're reading!!)

I was wondering anyone knew anything about the Les Paul Custom that Joe's been spotted playing with BCC. I'm a very big fan and was interested as I myself have just got a Les Paul Custom (68 RI) even though I'm only 15 (I'm not some rich kid before anyone gets the wrong impression, it took a couple of years hard work, believe me!!)

Does it have PAFs or just the standard pick-ups? Any other upgrades to electronics. I'm a big fan of Kim LaFleur's, at Historic Makeovers, work, so was wondering if it had been refinished there.

Here's a pic of Joe playing it with BCC (their new album is brilliant! Still working my way through learning his last album though!!)

and a pic of my new Les Paul just because it makes me happy lol

Btw, just incase Joe does read this, thanks for signing up to the Les Paul Forum, it's really awesome to see one of your guitar heroes talking to fans and sharing info about his rig!!

Hey Dude...
No Worries.... The guitar in question is the JB-052 in Black Historic Makeover that is now in two pieces..  It is not a Les PauL Custom it is one of my Sunburst Standards converted to Black.   It is a great guitar but ... It is in limbo now..  Les Paul forum rocks btw..  My friends over there run a good show..  Very concerned with content and not with the slag factor..

The photo in the link is a Les Paul custom, not a JB sig. Check out the block inlays and the headstock. We could be talking about two different guitars. If I had to guess the one in the photo link about would be a Norlin era Les Paul.

Ask me about my handwound Great Lakes Guitar Pickups
Since 2010, Bonamassa fans have taken advantage of my JB friend discount = my cost + shipping. cool

I'm thinking the same thing.
