Topic: Amp baffle

hey:)

Sorry if this has already been posted....but does anyone in the UK know how to get hold of a clearsonic amp baffle? I've looked at the dealers websites but cant find anything!

If not, is it possible to make your own plexiglass baffle?

thanks:)

Just build your own, you should be able to get everything you need in your local DIY store (B&Q etc.),it might work out cheaper to buy online though. All you need is some plexi glass sheeting and a piano hinge, just cut the sheet to size and then in half and screw it all together.

Guitars: Epiphone JBLP, Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Amps: Marshall Vintage Modern, 18 watt clone

My parents own a business which stocks a lot of plexi glass so thats not a problem....any type of thickness in particular?

thanks for your reply:)

Re: Amp baffle

I'd say use 8 or 9 mm thick, should be strong enough and still light weight.
