Re: Pork Loin Pedals

Not sure what changed their minds, but this deal is no longer available (at least, it isn't currently showing in their Clearance section)...

Re: Pork Loin Pedals

If you search for the Pork Loin and actually go its page, it has a price of 169.99 for "Buy New."  But, if you look above the picture of the pedal, there's a tab for "Clearance" and the price is 89.99 from the GC in Flint, MI.

Thanks for the heads up!  I've been wanting one of these for a while, and there hasn't been a better time to pull the trigger... I might just have to do this!!!  We'll see...

Okay, tried that...and there is indeed an offer for $89.99, only now it is from a store in Manchester, Connecticut, and you can't order it online, you have to contact that particular store.  Weird...

I paid 120 or 130 for mine off of Musicians Friend. It was worth every penny. It's a fantastic pedal with a very unique overdrive.

Hmm... perhaps it just picks a random store each time?  Maybe the one closest to you or something?  I'm not entirely sure of how Guitar Center online stuff works.  Maybe someone else on here does?  My guess is that you can contact that store in Connecticut, tell them you want the pedal, and they'll send it to the closest GC to you.  Then you go and pick it up.  Not sure if you are responsible for shipping or not though.  I've always wondered this about the GC used stuff online too.  I don't know how it all works.

Ha, I think that one was mine that I just returned. I ordered one and wasn't sure it would get to me in time (it did) so I drove an hour to New London, CT to buy one they had in stock. Once I got the second one, I returned the first one. I got both of them for $71 and change, by the way.

I love this pedal too. It's exactly what I've been looking for. The clean blend knob is fantastic and really adds a fuller sound when I solo. I play in a trio so I always struggled with that. 90 bucks is still a great deal. Snatch 'em up!

Re: Pork Loin Pedals

Just an FYI, the $89.99 "clearance" deal now shows as available at the GC in McAllen, TX.  That pedal is sure logging a lot of miles...

Re: Pork Loin Pedals

I've love to snatch it up at this price, but I can't seem to figure out how.  I emailed the store that was in Michigan and they never got back to me.  Quite upsetting...  Now, as mentioned above, it says the only location for the clearance-priced pedals is Texas.  If only it had the "buy now" type button, like the rest of their online stuff, I'd do it.  But since emailing didn't work, I'm a little clueless.  hmm

Re: Pork Loin Pedals

Just call them. I did that for a used guitar being sold across the country from me and they took my order and shipped it to me.

^ This. They're typically very good about that, quite helpful. I've ordered stuff from GC's all over creation.
