I am wicked excited for the gig! I have been bummed out the past few months, I had to miss the last leg of the tour due to emergency surgery. In the past few weeks I got tickets to BCC in NH for June and Joe in Boston for the fall. So excited, but I was jonesing for a BonaFix... as soon as Tal posted on his FB I was planning to go to the gig just for fun. Love me a good funk band... Joe is now an extremely huge bonus! Been waiting to get my parents to one of his shows, this is a very good start smile See ya there!

Hey guys...
         Wow... thanks for making the drive to come... So just a heads up... It is not my solo material we are playing... Some of it is instrumental and funk stuff..  It promises to be interesting and quite fun really...  I guess it will sell out... Who knows... I like doing this sorta thing because it gives me justification for owning these guitars that were made in the 50's... Plus with Arlan , Ron , Mike and our own and well loved Tal ... its a blast!!

I think the prospect of a night of fabulous jams far outweighs any distance traveled and any traffic I might incur!

Wouldn't miss it for the world.  Like Rick said, you could play nursery rhymes and I’d go see you play.

Just saw the Jeff Beck Rock and Roll Party in Pomona last Friday.  He didn’t play any of his regular stuff and it was one of the best Jeff Beck shows I’ve ever seen.

Well it's an extremely and I mean extremely small club and there's a chance of not even getting in sometimes.  This wasn't a RAH or DVD shoot or TV appearance, (again, if Mike Merritt gets my drift for a future tie in....).  Packed in like sardines is not a joke.  Plus I think they stick you for food and drink bad (used to, at least).  But I echo your sentiments.

Joe and Rock Candy at The Baked Potato in Los Angeles..

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the show

Joe was exceptional..He did a Version of BB Kings The Thrill is Gone and

just BLEEEEEEEWWWW everyone away!! Tal Bergman, Ron De Jesus, and Mike Merritt &

Arlen, just killed last night. Gotta chance to mingle with all the Artists

in an intimate environment...

Ron DeJesus just SIZZLED on guitar last night, as well...Joe and Ron traded Riffs all night

it was OUTSTANDING!

just NO WAY TO EXPLAIN what a special gig it was in such a small venue.

Once in a lifetime opportunity!!

Tal is soooooooooo COOL!!! He was out there hanging with the audience...

Just a GREAT GUY, and he JUST NAILED IT on the drums last night...Joe's got a keeper!!

Lots of picts...Met alot of great Bonamassa Pals there....What a night!!
