Have to say, I thought this was some kind of Spam when I first read it.
Welcome Thomas anyway. Most people on the forum are willing to help, but the forum is not necessarily a place, or even THE place where ALL problems should be aired and shared.
That may be better suited to 'offline' direct communications.
