Topic: Guitar used on Prisoner

To my ears a strat but anyone know which one?
Loving that Joe is using this kind of tone again (ie, fender)
The song has quite an 80s feel, really love it!

Maybe it is the Jeff Beck strat he used somewhere on this album? For the solo it sounds like he kicks in the JB Fuzz...great song - amazing album.

Just got a Jeff Beck Strat in Olympic White. Love it!

There 's  a full run down of which instrument on which track in this months Uk Guitarist magazine. Joe says the main distorted tone is his Les Paul and the fills are his 56 Sunburst Strat.
