Hi Amy. Welcome to the forum. It is a wonderful world in here! What gig(s) you going to? I'm going to the Plymouth show (and possibly) Cardiff.

Hi Adie,

We went to our local JB gig last year at the Cambridge Corn exchange and loved every second, it was AMAZING!
After the complete mix up with Hammersmith Apollo tickets this week, we've finally had seats confirmed for the Saturday (22nd)... can't wait  smile

Re: Just saying hello...

Thought I'd pop over here and welcome you and your hubby to Joe's Forum, Amy.  big_smile

Looking forward to making your acquaintance at Hammersmith in October. It's quite likely we'll have a Forum meet before Saturday's show so keep looking in.

Well done on getting row E seats in the central block. As I had bought 6 tickets replacements in the same row as I had for Friday (row E) it was probably very difficult for Eventim to find that many consecutive seats. After reading the Theatre Monkey notes on the stalls at the Hammy, I'm very happy with what I've been given. I'll be in row H seats 27-32 (well not all of them  lol ) with some "heavyweight Forum members" and Mrs W.  cool

Here are the Theatre Monkey notes about the stalls:

"The front section one central and two side blocks. Of these theatremonkey rates front section central block seats in rows D to H particularly worth buying. The prime rows are F to K (which involves moving into the middle section of seating a little), offering a fine view and a good rake. Then try rows L to M, then E or N, then D to A in that order before choosing the inside aisle seats in the front section."

So, it seems that it's a mistake to buy row A, B or C seats and we may have the best seats in the House. Every cloud has a silver lining. big_smile

I hope you are feeling less cynical now and your glass is (at least) half full!  wink

I read this too! It does seem we may have good seats now after all.... yikes)  Theatre Monkey is the only site with a seating plan worth looking at for the Hammersmith, isn't it? Couldn't find a good one elsewhere.

Fab, I'm getting excited already..... only 7 months to go!  wink
