Topic: Rachel Caine books

(Apologies for the repeat, am moving this post from the "other artists" area...)

Ok, so she's an author, not (currently) a musician... I recommend to you all the Weather Warden books:

So why do I bring this up here? Excellent question, young Grasshopper... Well, it turns out Rachel is a big Bonamassa fan! Here's a couple of her blurbs from the thanks/acknowledgment pages:

From Windfall (book 4, published in 2005): "[thanks to] The greatest band in the world: Joe Bonamassa, Eric Czar and Kenny Kramme (and everyone who supports them)"

From Firestorm (book 5): "And as always, the great Joe Bonamassa, who makes this writing process so much more fun by turning out incredible music. Come back to Texas more often. We love you."

They're good books, very fun reading. Ok maybe not the world's deepest literature, but very creative and well written, and I've enjoyed them a lot. I figure I could help her out and return her favor a tiny bit by posting this here. Enjoy!

Re: Rachel Caine books

Huh, your thread didn't come up when I searched, which I did do first... guess because of the misspelling. Sorry, didn't mean to be redundant there.

I don't actually remember how I got introduced to her. I think maybe it was my wife actually, who came across them at one point and got the first few. We have the whole series now.
