Hello from The Black Country (no really)

It seemed to cut off the second half of my post ....so here's the whole thing (hopefully)

Hello, my name is Mark and I really do live in The Black Country , about 7 miles from Wolverhampton (but please don't hold that against me).

I've been lucky enough to see Joe live a couple of times , once in The Robin 2 in the charming village of Bilston    and once at the NIA in Birmingham. Quite different experiences !!

I first heard him on Paul Jones a few years back (High Water Everywhere - one of those "stop what you're doing and listen" moments.

My favourite track is Sloe Gin (at the Albert Hall gig if I have to pick one version)

I'm a guitar nut. If I ever get the guitar of my dreams it'll be a 59 Les Paul ...but I'd like the talent of my dreams to go with it Until then it'll be me, my Strat, Epiphone LP and valve Marshall ... could you speak up a bit , I can't quite hear ya
