Saw the following in my e-mail this morning from Blues Review.

Blues Revue and Rounder Records Have Joined Together to give you Low Country Blues.
This is Gregg Allman's first release in 14 years and features 11 classic blues songs and one original written by Gregg Allman and Warren Haynes. The players include Dr. John on piano, guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, bassist Dennis Crouch, and drummer Jay Bellerose.

Sign up for 2 years of Blues Review and they'll give you the CD.


Looks like Gregg is back in the game with a CD of covers.  It's due out mid January.

thanks for the notice Mike. I don't think I can do 2 years of Blues Review, but it will be a must purchase. great start to the new year! has anybody heard how he is doing after the surgery, no complications? I guess no news really is good news.
