Topic: Cheap DIY guitar kits

I might try my hand at an acoustic. I did an electric kit back in 2001 and had too much fun.
Built a luthier body strat since then.

I just found this site, and the acoustic kit is only $80, the box is preassembled, but everything else you have to do. Looks like a fun winter project!

You should do a video blog of how things are going with it so we can see it from start to finish!  sounds like a fun winter project.  I took an easier way out and bought some parts to replace on my Yamaha acoustic.  Which explains the Tusq thread I started.
