Topic: Guitars at the Stamford, CT show.

Saw Joe last night in Stamford, CT. It was amazing, as you would expect! Joe played two guitars that I was not familiar with. The first one looked to me to be a Fender Robben Ford Model? The second was the acoustic he played. It looked to be a Koa top, back and sides, in a Grand Auditorium size. Would appreciate and info anyone might have on these two guitars.

Thanks,

No one knows the makers of either of these two guitars?

You guys are good. It's a 1990 USA made Robben Ford.  Signed!!  I know Robben but didn't ask him.  It was there when I bought it.  cool

The other...I think someone mentioned it last month...I cannot remember it now - I'll try to dig it up.

I am pretty sure it must be an Alvarez Yarie WY1K though I think it must be custom version.  I was in the second row in Tucson  on February 22nd and he played the same all flame koa guitar.  The headstock logo was abalone and I don't think the standard version is made that way (at least that is what the Alvarez website shows).
