Topic: Rio Grande BBQ and Texas humbuckers (offer $ or trade)

Willing to hear money offers or trade offers for two Rio Grande humbuckers with gold Gibson covers on them. The pole pieces are chrome, but you don't really notice. The bobbins are all black. The covers can be easily removed with a soldering iron.

There is an insignificant fray on one of the braided grounds on a lead wire, and the lead pickup has a larger hole than a normal pickup height screw. My luthier crimped the hole to take the threads, and that works ok... but I'd include a new humbucker baseplate for free if you wanted to transfer the bobbins, magnet, etc. over to a new baseplate.

BBQ Humbucker
A classic 50's style Humbucking, but alot more horsepower under the hood! Our most popular humbucking to date....Not a distortion pickup, just more muscle. Bear down on the meat and easy on the potato salad! Recommended bridge position. Braided 2-Conductor cable.

TX Humbucker
Our take on the classic 50's Humbucker. A bit less powerful than the BBQ, this one is ballsy and rich when wide open yet clean with lots of top and bottom when rolled back slightly. Fusion, Boogie, or down and out Blues City! Great neck position pickup when combined with a Barbeque Bucker in the bridge. Braided 2-Conductor cable.

For the "JB crowd," I'd probably take $130 for everything.
