LOL sorry man it was killing me!  I've been in Clearwater Beach for a week on vacation....  Talk about incredible sunsets!  Nothing quite like the west coast of Florida

Actually the DSL100, Ceriatone HRM100 Dumble, and possibly the matching Dailey head/cab are for sale.  If anyone is interested PM me or email at jpdriver86@live.com.  I'm trying to downsize and possibly build a smaller version of my main rig.  Also an engagment ring is likely in my future so..... roll

The rack was cool, but my RJM switcher had a slight glitch that needed to be fixed.  I'm going to send that off soon and I'll probably make a smaller rig with the rack + pedals and a couple small, low wattage amps.  I've got my eye on a white Marshall Class 5 and possible a Deluxe Reverb RI/Silverface DR.

Jakey, what is it about shrinking our overkill sized rigs down that is so much FUN!?!  I get totally stoked thinking about a tiny mini version of my 100w Superlead/45w Super Reverb rig.  I saw a white Class 5 in Guitar Center the other day and was seeing hearts....so beautiful and for only $400!  I'd love to pick up a cheapie Silverface Deluxe or Princeton...I love those Silverface Fenders.  They are real sleepers.

I'm totally with you!  I don't know why I get more into having a smaller version of a larger rig but it's just plain COOL!  Like having a row of Marshall mini stacks is almost cooler than having 4 giant ones.  I have thought about a Class 5 too but they seem to get a 'not so hot' response.  Wish they would have made it with a 12" speaker, or better yet: a 2X12" combo would be more to my liking.

A mini verison of Joe's rig would be the absolute coolest.  If someone had the resources to build and disguise amps to look like their larger counterparts, that, I'd love to see.  -Seth

Cathartism. I do it all the time to fend off my wanton excesses. I do it with cars too (I'm a huge petrolhead). I have 3 at the mo and was driving home last night (auto Discovery on acct of arm) thinking well if I sold all 3 and then......well a diesel does 40 mpg and do I really need this and that.....??!!

Also, there's something organic about it- getting great tone from a shoebox rig.

Anyway, watch this space in 36 hrs time. I might be about to undertake an epiphany of my life if something I'm working on and is dear to my heart comes off.
