I have 15W tube combo amp that only has an 8ohm output. Is it possible to run it to a 4x10 or 4x12 cabinet? I've already run it to a 2x12, but I want more!!! Any help would be great!

Do you mean unplug the combo speaker and plug in the cabinet? I don't see any reason why not as long as the cabinet is 8ohm. You may know this already, but make sure you use a proper speaker cable and NOT a guitar cable.
If the amp has an extra output and you wish to add an extra cabinet you'd have to have an ohm selector, e.g. with an 8ohm combo speaker plus 8ohm extension cab, you'd have to switch to 4 ohm.

I'm looking to actually make an extension cabinet. This combo amp only has one output, so the built in speaker is disconnected. I'm trying to figure out what speakers I need and how to wire them up.

You will need 8 ohm speakers. Make two pairs wired in series equaling 16 ohms and then wire the two pairs in parallel (taking it back to 8 ohms) connected to the input of the cabinet.
