Shortly after Davy received the guitar, I was able to ask him what makes up a $30,000 guitar. He named off a number of things that it included which I can't remeer, but I know there is some gold on it and mammoth bone. I'm assuing that the mammoth bone was used for the nut. I've seen the guitar up close and the wood on it is quite spectacular along with the inlays on the neck. Davy calls this guitar his "Ellie" and it is his main, go to guitar.
