Apologies for not updating the Gig Guide recently. I think I made a rod for my own back when I started this, but it's all for the cause.  smile   A few new dates have been added to the top post.

I had been thinking about 24 Pesos tonight, but as I don't know anyone who's going and having seen Chentel's fb invitation to The Castle on Finchley Road tomorow night, I'm having a rethink. Four hours sleep tonight v 7 hours on Friday might swing it.  lol

Bad news if like me you were  planning to see Michael Burkes at Charlotte Street Blues tomorrow night, Due to "plumbing issues" at the venue all events at CSB for the remainder of this week have been cancelled.  sad

Charlotte Street Blues is officially shut . all future gigs are cancelled, bit more than a 'plumbing issue' methinks , shame really good venue, but there has been rumours for a few months about its ability to maintain live music and pay its way.

Charlotte Street Blues has closed. This message was sent out by the music booker today.

Dear All,
It is with great sadness that we are unable to operate Charlotte St. Blues any longer. All events and artist bookings are from here on postponed.
Unfortunately there were just too many restrictions placed on the property's Lease, leaving Charlotte Streets owners no alternative but to shut this great venue for the foreseeable future.
We would like to thank all the musicians, staff, sound engineers and many others for supporting the venue so well over the past year.
