Presale in Norfolk? I want to get in on this! Any help?

I'm a street team member who must have obviously missed something.  Tickets for the Attucks Theatre, Norfolk VA show just went on sale and there is a presale password required to by tickets.  How do I go about finding out what that is?   Thanks, Chris
