any experience with the Deltalab TD-1.  Some people say that it is good and some say it is not, and i was thinking of buying one.

Re: Has anyone had...

I have no experience with that pedal but I use the Delta Lab chorus because I wasn't sure if I was a chorus guy and didn't want to drop the $200+ on a Carl Martin or TC chorus before I was sure.  My chorus pedal is in a pretty heavy duty casing, boasts true bypass, has low noise for a chorus (much lower than a EH small clone), and sounds pretty darn good considering the price.  For distortion though you would have to try and compare but I think there are other affordable PROVEN pedals in that price range.  A Boss DS-1, SD-1, OD-1, BD-2 etc may be better.

'67 and '74 Fender Twin Reverbs, '74 Marshall 1987 lead mkII, Metro Superlead 100. Pedals from TC Electronic, Ibanez, Dunlop, BK Butler, Electro-Harmonix, Fulltone, Maestro/Gibson, Loopmaster switching, VoodooLab, Boss. Gibson and Fender guitars, Dimarzio pickups.

I think that i am just going to run my sd1 or new lpb1 into my blues driver instead plus i might pick up a tube screamer at the upcoming guitar show in santa monica.
