Just a thought: How about we post some lyrics here? Preferably written by yourself or a friend, but we can have favorite lyrics as well.

I need to write some still so I don't have any. What about everyone else?

I am so bad at lyrics. I might as well grab a rhyming dictionary and just make crap up. I looked down at my shoe, and it was blue, and who knew, that it would make me blue too.

once, driving to work i had all these ideas about songs related to road signs, i had a whole albulm full of ideas but forget alot of them, you know detour, dead end, stop, yeild, men working, one way......etc. the songs would not be about driving or roads but the songs titles make the theme of road signs

I found my little piece of scrap paper with my road signs lyrics ideas. wow it all came back to me. then i put it away again. when i find it again i will try to fill it out a bit. unless anyone here has any ideas for those road signs lyrics

Interesting thread you resurrected Jane. Your query brought to mind all those Buma Shave signs we'd watch for on long cross-country trips on summer vacation. I can't remember a single one but the thought is burning a hole in my brain.  hmm
