OK That's it! I'm not going to miss any more shows that are w/in an 8 hr drive because you are all making me need MORE!! I love that you all got to meet each other. To hear Melissa this fired up is fun! How did Nico like the show? Of course Joe is as nice as you would hope. You can't keep people this committed and be a creep! SRV..see you on the ship. Barbara, hope to see you again. Next year we'll need to plan a regional gathering at a show....Cathy

I suppose that works both ways.....I love the shore.....and I love JB.....

I told you I'd get a t-shirt and send you a pic.....it's on the list.....

It's the cartoonesque JB.....I'll send a pic when it hits the top of the list.....

Oh, HELL YEA they were on fire last night-- I swear that the embers were falling on my new camera!  What a great show, everyone in fine form, as usual, and what a nice venue for them to be that way in.  Joe's backing away from the mic to sing that part of "Asking Around for You" was seriously cool; glad to see him in a place in which he could do that.

It was so very nice to see everyone at this last show :-(til next year) in the region, and also cool to meet some new fans & street team members.  It was Dean's sister's Bonabaptism and needless to say that the show is a predominant conversational topic here at Thanksgiving dinner 'cause she's still in awe!

Hey Melissa, what kind of camera did you get!  The old camera sure did a great job for you!
Glad the show was great and everybody had a good time...

Re: Who saw the Palace show??

Hi one and all!

My friend Michael and I were at the Palace show and I agree with just about everything said in this post. Joe is a class act on stage and off. I have seen his twice--once in Virginia beach and once in Greeensburg. The show in Greensburg was so much better than the bar scene in VB. Joe's true talents were showcased and the sound was awesome. I hope to see him perform again soon.

We ran into Joe and his crew at dinner across the street from the Palace theater and he was as cordial as he could be. He even posed for a pic and told us to hang around after the show so he could sign the pics we took in Virginia Beach. He honored that request and treated everyone waiting for him with the upmost respect. Even after a long night, an exhausting schedule  and the fact that he was away from his home for Thanksgiving, he stood around and chatted with everyone that was waiting to meet him.

If anyone has any cool pics or video we would love to hear back from you.

Re: Who saw the Palace show??

Good Morning all and Happy Turkey Day. As I sit down to read the morning paper I see that on March 4th, 09 Joe is coming back to the Palace theater.  Checked the tour page and there it is. Hadn't heard anything about this date.

Take care everyone. And if I don't meet you no more in this world
Then ill, I'll meet you in the next one and don't be late, don't be late

Re: Who saw the Palace show??

My buddy turned me on to Joe just before he was at the Palace in 2008, but I wasn't able to attend. I found out about the 2009 show by being on the Palace mailing list. Tickets were scheduled to go on sale Friday morning, but just by chance I checked Thursday and they were already being sold. Bought two that evening, and two more a couple days later. We're dead center in the front of the balcony. Great seats at a great venue for my very first Joe show!
