A much-anticipated performance by Joe Bonamasa took place on the North Credit Union stage in front of a swollen crowd of Blues fans. It was the second week that Bonamasa's album was #1 on the <i>Billboard</i> Blues chart. The weather was hot and muggy as the crowd danced to "Sloe Gin," the title song from the album, as Bonamassa wailed and took it to the next level. "We're going to England tomorrow and there is no better way to spend the last day in the U.S.A., but with you folks here," Bonamasa told the crowd.
