Topic: My First Bonamassa Show! 10/31/06, Annapolis, MD

I am a new fan of Joe Bonamassa and went to see him live for the first time on Halloween night at the Ram's Head Tavern in Annapolis, MD.  This club is a great place to see performers.  Its quite small, about 250 person capacity, has assigned seating at tables and every table has a great view.  Its a very intimate setting to enjoy a band.  I had purchased two of Joe's CDs weeks before the show and thought I had a good idea of what to expect from his live show.  I was very wrong!  It was so much more.  Everything from a ZZ Top cover to a tear jerking rendition of "Miss You, Hate You".  His guitar work is just phemonenal and his voice is so full of emotion.  Looks like I've become a true fan!  He's playing in DC tomorrow...hmmm, could be a roadtrip!  LOL

Call ahead before driving.....tickets are becoming more scarce each day!
