Check him out. I met him in Dallas at the HOB. Caveman hints at doing some work with a young Texan in his latest diary entry. Could this be him. What do you think.

I heard about him a couple of years ago when he was in a young blues band fronted by Kayla Reeves.

I like the song alright on his Myspace. It is a little long and his voice needs to mature but not bad.

Hows that for bringing an artist up for discussion.

Summer 2008 found him busily writing and recording for a new album; he also appeared in Rock Prophecies, a film about famed rock photographer Robert Knight, who befriended Bryant early on and helped his career by proclaiming him "the next great guitar player." The film is scheduled for release on the 2008-2009 film festival circuit and features interviews and performances by Carlos Santana, Steve Vai, The Sick Puppies, Panic At The Disco, Slash, Jeff Beck, and Joe Bonamassa.

Noticed this on his myspace I'll be looking forward to this film !!

One hell of a guitarist. Saw him a couple of years ago at the SRV Memorial Ride/Concert. He shared the stage with Wes Jeans. Also a nice young man as well. He (most of the acts) stayed in the same hotel we did so got a couple chances to talk to him. He was 15 or 16 at that time.

Bringing this one back up as I see (for anyone in the Milwaukee area) Tyler Bryant Band is playing Summerfest on June 30th. Summerfest site says 4PM , Tyler's Myspace says 6PM (I'm figuring the 4PM). It is the same day and same stage that Davy Knowles and Back Door Slam followed by Buddy Guy are appearing on.
